LOST FOR 3 YEARS, FOUND WITH HOPE: TEAM PS FARSH BAZAR, SHAHDARA DISTRICT REUNITES MISSING CHILD WITH FAMILY!

The team of PS Farsh Bazar comprising of ASI Nafees Mohd No. 754/SHD and HC Love Kush No. 1306/SHD, led by Insp. Ajay Karan Sharma, SHO/Farsh Bazar under supervision of Vijay Kumar Nagar, ACP/Shahdara, have recovered a boy reported missing/kidnapped since January 2023.

INCIDENT:

On 30.01.2023 a case vide FIR No. 59/23 dt. 30.01.2023 U/S 363 IPC PS Farsh Bazar was registered on the complaint of Lalit Shah S/O Kushaswar Shah R/O H.NO. 2758-A Parkash Kunj Vidya Sadan School Gali No. 3 Bihari Colony Shahdara, Delhi regarding his son Shankar Shah age about 13 years was reported missing from the home. 

TEAM AND INVESTIGATION:

The investigation of the case was assigned to ASI Nafees Mohd. During  the course of investigation  W.T. Message flashed to all SSPs/DCPs in India and all SHOs in Delhi and New Delhi from time to time, MPS/CRO/NCRB informed, The requisite size of the photograph of the missing boy was sent to Door darshan for the telecast, Last scene of evidence collected (CCTV Footage),The details of the missing were sent to CBI and advertisements while published in the Newspapers and the internal bulletin, Hue and Cry notice issued and pasted in all the prominent places, Information was sent to SSP/CBI for giving wide publicity, Photo & details also forwarded to Police & CWC Whatsapp Groups.

A reward of Rs. 10,000/- was declared for providing any clue, vide order no. 26835-26870/Co-ordination Branch-I(Desk-lll) PHQ, dated New Delhi, the 07-08-2023 from DCP/HQ-II Delhi into the matter.

On 20-05-2025, information was received that the child had called his father from an unknown number 8650550811. 

The IO acting swiftly called for CDR of the said unknown number. Subsequently and the missing child was traced and recovered in the evening of 12-06-2025 from the village Feru Majra, P.O & PS Nakud, District Saharanpur, U.P. 

The child was united with his parents on 13.06.2025 after completing all legal formalities by ASI Nafees Mohd. No. 754/SHD and HC Love Kush, No. 1306/SHD. The boy told that after scolded by his parents, he left the house and went at Anand Vihar Railway Stations. From where he took a train without knowing its destination. After few housrs, the train reched at unknown place (Shahranpur, UP) and left that train there. After that he starts working on a Dhaba at there and lived at that Dhaba. The Dhaba owner provide him food.  

In this case tremendous efforts have been made by the staff in tracing the child.
