By Vinay Mishra Delhi :- On 07.02.2024, a team of Special staff, East District comprising of HC Raj Kumar, HC Hemant and HC Naresh, was on patrolling in the area of PS Pandav Nagar. During patrolling, an information regarding receiver of stolen mobile was shared by an informer to HC Raj Kumar. After verification of the information, a raid was conducted and one person namely Ranjeet Singh r/o Kalyanpuri, Delhi, age 33 years, was apprehended. During his search, total 08 stolen mobile phones, which were stolen from the area of East district, were recovered from his possession. During interrogation, it was also revealed that he is a wanted criminal in a case of PS Pandav Nagar and proceedings u/s 82 CrPC has been issued against him from Karkardooma courts. Therefore,a Kalandra u/s 41.1(D) CrPC was prepared into the matter. Further enquiry is in progress.

Ranjeet Singh r/o Kalyanpuri, Delhi, age-33 Yrs., has studied up to 5th grade and is a drug addict.
